Hello I would like an update on my order. It was ordered april3 and it’s showing given to airline on April 27. It has not yet arrived in Canada. Please advise ASAP what is happening. This was paid for but not delivered.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ019817326CN shows your parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on Apr 27. it is still waiting for flight from china to Canada.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to Canada is about 60 days.

Once parcel arrives Canada, Canada Post Tracking Canada will tell you arrival info in Canada.

So why the delay? When can I expect this to ship. At no point was I told when I ordered april3 that it would take this long. It’s almost been 2months since I ordered. Can this be expedited?

Most of airlines to Canada are cancelled for covid19 virus control. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send goods to Canada. Waiting line is very long.

Your parcel was shipped by your seller on April 22. So it is still in the normal time frame as per our stat report. Unfortunately covid19 control has not completed, you can not expedite the parcel at this moment.

Our stat also shows that You have 20% chance never get this parcel in future.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need to open dispute to seller to get money back from your seller. You can pay back to seller in future.
