Hi, can I please get information on my package? I was expecting it to arrive before Christmas. The company I purchased from “guaranteed delivery by Christmas” if ordered on Black Friday. I am worried it won’t arrive in time. Thanks.

Your seller seriously delayed the shipment. http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW232860647CN shows the parcel was shipped by seller From China Post Shanghai office to US on Dec 7.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, your parcel might need wait 20 to 40 days to reach USA. Based on our stats, you have less than 10% chance to get it by Xmas. Your seller made misleading promise.

You need open dispute for compensation.

Thanks for the answer. I will contact them and let the know I would like a refund. I ordered through their website, and paid with a debit card. I can’t dispute the transaction with PayPal, since PayPal wasn’t used. Hopefully they will give me a refund directly because I don’t know how else to get one.
