Hello, been tracking my orders since they started and I am under the impression that my package has been seized by customs but 17track says it was cleared. So not sure if slow getting here or should open a dispute. Any help?

2016-09-21 15:37:00 GUANGZHOU Held by Customs

3. According to the above tracking your parcel is still at the China Post Customs. You might want to contact seller as soon as possible to let him know that the parcel is held by Customs in GUANGZHOU.
