Been trying to find an update on my order which is stuck to "handed over to airline" status and it has been more than 2 months since it was updated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM804883100CN shows the parcel was sent to Shenzhen airport on May 13. It is still in Shenzhen waiting for flight to Canada.

Our latest report shows average waiting time to Canada is about 61 days, you might need wait some more time.
