China Post has no shipping record of LY194743912CN and LY209162085CN. they are fake numbers. Your seller did not ship you anything. You are scammed.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY061928880CN were shipped from Fuzhou on April 2. It is still in Fuzhou waiting for flight to USA.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.

yes. LY194743912CN was just shipped by seller on May 11.
