My parcel was shipped on 9th January
21st January got tracking number
LO702254948CN
says posted received in post office via Royal Mail
tried tracking says in Transit
it is now 31st January and still nothing
where is my order
can you help

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO702254948CN was just shipped from Wuhan on Jan 31. It is now in Wuhan airport.

Wuhan is experiencing coronavirus breakout. Workers are informed to stay at home to avoid virus spread. most parcels shipped in Jan might have 2 to 3 weeks delay.

Once Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
