My parcel hasnt updated since two weeks, can you please provide more info ?

Has it leave China yet?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO502473571CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Zhengzhou office to Austria on Nov 28.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Austria Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Zhengzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Austria ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Austria Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Austria Post website will show its new status with Austria location.
