It has been 3 weeks and there hasn't been any tracking status update. My customer is getting impatient and want a refund. Isn't epacket supposed to be fast?? Can you tell me what's happening?

LN420509685CN seems to be seriously delayed in Xiamen airport. Not sure if it is lost or some other caused the delay.

I suggest you wait 10 more days, if you can not get it by Jan 18, open dispute to aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
