Where is my item? Here is the tracking number LM467509175CN. Been in transit for 15 days the seller isn’t responding so is it time to open a dispute on PayPal

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LM467509175CN was shipped from Guangzhou to UK on Jan 11. Guangzhou airport has some delay recently.

I suggest you wait 10 more days, If you can not get it by Feb 6, then open dispute to paypal.
