I can track the parcel, it says been 20 days but no update since then

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LM248759921CN was shipped on Nov 16 to Canada.

Canada Post workers just finished long term strike. Hundreds of Thousands parcels delayed in strike period are waiting to be sorted and processed. They are actually in Canada Post warehouse now but will still show in China until Canada Post scan and update their status.

These old parcels might complete processing in next 30 to 90 days, you need wait some more time.
