When it will be deliver to me in Portugal?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LM222470298CN shows the parcel was shipped from Guangzhou to Lisboa on Nov 11. Normally such epacket should arrive your country in 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel has more than 60% chance to be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it after New Year holiday, you should open dispute for lost parcel refund.
