Can you please see where my parcel is cause in tracking info sats on route and it has been more than a month that it's been sent to seller. They claim they didn't get it back, i didn't get it...so it must be lost in transition somewhere???

LE517615302CN arrived Croatia on May 20 but failed delivery. Not sure failure reason.

Croatia Post then returned the parcel to China. You can not get this parcel anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, You need contact paypal/aliexpress to open dispute and claim refund for non-arrival order. based on paypal/aliexpress policy, you no need prove that seller has received the return, you can get the refund as long as parcel was not successfully delivered to you.
