The last scan was on 5/21 and nothing in the 2 months since then.

Once the parcel arrive in Israel, the China Post website will show the arrival info.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows the average wait time for a parcel to Israel about 42day, but some parcel did take 89days , your parcel is slower than the average time, so I'd suggest you wait patiently and watch for your buyer protection period and ask an extension if it is running out soon,or open dispute for a refund.
