I placed this order on Dec. 6th. Tracking number LW290412379CN. This was suppose to be here by Christmas and this was a Christmas gift!! Now that it is already a week PAST Christmas and I still haven't received my package and there isn't any new information about it, I no longer want these items and want the money returned on the credit card I used to order with. This is an awful company and will never order anything from them again!! I will be contacting my credit card company today and see what needs to be done to get the money back!! This company is a fraud and I see nothing but complaints in these forums!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW290412379CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Changsha office to US on Dec 11.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Changsha,China or customs warehouse in LA, US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

such no-information period can take 20 to 30 days . Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
