Hi. I have had a package waiting in customs for nearly two weeks. CY288321042DE. Is there a delay in customs at the moment?

CY288321042DE is in China post Beijing head office. It is waiting the receiver to make customs. clearance. Did you write receiver's mobile number in the parcel? if yes, receiver should have received a text message from China Post . The message has a code which allow receiver to make customs clearance online.

thanks for that. I haven't recieved any information about customs clearance. I don't know if the reciever has my phone number. Can you tell me what I should do to get my package?

are you shipper or receiver? Shipper's phone number is not important, the parcel must have receiver's phone number, otherwise China Post can't notify receiver to make customs clearance and delivery will also have problem.
