Hello, I need some updates regarding my package.
Tracking number: LY072708933CN. I am unable to locate the package with the tracking number provided on this website. When I use the "arrive" tracking app it says that my package has been sitting at the parcel center since 4/12/20.
I placed this order on 3/30 and I was shipped on 4/1.
It has been almost a month without receiving my items.

Any updates would be greatly appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY072708933CN was shipped from China to USA on April 1. It was sent to Hangzhou airport on April 13 and is still in Hangzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Hello, I'm looking any new updates on my package. LY072708933CN.
It was processed through the Hangzhou EMS, China facility on 4/12.
I then received an alert that it was processed through the Hangzhou EMS, China facility again on 4/30.
Is this the same facility? Is my package going in circles?
Any help would be appreciated

LY072708933CN was sent to airline again on May 4. Not sure if it can catch flight space or not. If yes, it will arrives USA in about 2 to 3 days and you will see usps.com tracking result with USA location. If not , then it will be sent back to airport warehouse and loop again. Please wait one or two more weeks and see what will happen.
