Hello I recently bought something off the shop app and somebody the seller provided a China Post tracking number that brought me here and it says it doesn't exist they say they delivered the order now I put the order through the affirm service and they're taking the seller's word for it and there's no proof of delivery when I follow the order thankfully through my email it shows the package going through the origin country I live in America it's still in Asia but it was shipped in the Asia and then delivered back in Asia but they're saying it was delivered to me what do I do I've already provided pictures and proved to a firm and they're taking the scanning sellers word for it even though this tracking number doesn't exist it's just really baffling I need help.
