Could you please help me with tracking my order from China to France the same status "on route" since Novembet 7th

When will I get it?

LM187360965CN seems to be lost. Normally such epacket parcel should arrive France in 2 to 3 weeks.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, i suggest you open dispute for lost parcel refund.
