Post Has my parcel left China yet

I received a tracking number from PayPal EE951371623CN
But when I put the trackinh number on i get "no shipment records" this has been happening from the 2nd of December to date it's been 12 days and the shipment status hasn't changed.
Please assist on the meaning no shipmentnt records

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=EE951371623CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Seen the same thing so many times. Sometimes there are no updates for a long time then it just arrives. Sadly its a wait and see game. You can contact the seller and hope they sent it. You should be ok anyway at least Paypal stands behind their transactions. Wait your time out and file for a refund if need be. A week ago I received a package I had ordered through AliExpress which shipped from China, I had ordered it in February lol. Oh well I was refunded for it long time ago. 11 months wait for a free product, seems to be the norm nowadays.
