I placed an order Nov. 12, 2018 and was immediately given tracking #: LM264601635CN. Since the day I was given that number "It is not found in the system". Upon follow-up and follow-up to the company, at first I was told It’s Black Friday so things are moving very slow with the fulfillment centers and to check it periodically and it should be populated soon.
The second time I followed-up I was told: Due to holiday demand, the shipping information is delayed, which is beyond our reach. They are on the way... We have a US Packet trade agreement with China, however items travelling outside the US don't enjoy the same shipping service and unfortunately take longer because of the lack of trade agreements.
While I can understand the process taking longer, I am confused on what I was told on the subsequent follow-up I did which you will see in the next paragraph:
And most surprisingly, today I'm told that it was actually delivered and returned - it has something to do with our Canadian Postal Strike. All our products are on a special agreement with trade to the US (ePacket) so we never have an issue with shipping usually - it's the one-off deals when we go into other countries that we find issues.
I'm having a hard time understanding that considering I was given tracking #: LM264601635CN, it has never been found in the system since from Nov. 13 to Dec.14 but yet I'm told that it was actually delivered but returned. Can you help me understand that if this were the case, I would at the very least see some type of progress somewhere, for example I would see that it left China and it was on route to Canada and it was returned back to China from Canada if this were true? Are you able to verify from your end if LM264601635CN ever left China?
