http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM310569687CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to Australia on Dec 1.

Now is rush season, Wuhan has serious airline shortage. You might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel in AUstralia.
