http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EA407839529CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on April 10.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in New York,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

It says it's in Jamaica why is this package in Jamaica

Jamaica is a town in New York , not the Jamaica in Caribbean . Your parcel is now in USPS JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER, it will be transited to your area very soon.
