Post Dysfunctional tracking, need help

I have emailed [email protected] about my concern. It was a day after I ordered it and was having problems, never got an answer back looked here and saw that they don’t answer emails so that was a waste of time, it’s been two weeks since I ordered my package it regularly updates every like FOUR days while being horribly delayed and even sometimes the updates disappear and says the last update was only a day after ordering. It was set to be delivered on 06/08 it is now 06/11 and haven’t gotten it, would appreciate some help.

EB816191211CN was sent to airline on June 3rd. It is waiting for flight to USA. wait one more week, you will see new update.

I don’t live in New York, wrong delivery. It took 19 days just for them to get the address wrong.

Your seller shipped the goods to wrong address. You need open dispute to your seller for refund. If the seller does not response, then call your bank and file charge back.
