Hi, I ordered something online, shipped by China Post, following the tracking number, it says the package has been delivered on the July 30th, but I haven't received it. Can you help me with this issue? How should I proceed?
Tracking number: ZP03895711901.

ZP03895711901 was delivered in SANTA MONICA,CA 90404 on July 30. Is your address in SANTA MONICA,CA 90404 ?

Yeah, it must have been some confusion because I got my package yesterday. Anyway, it's resolved. Thank you for your quick response.
