CR916514060DE arrived in Taiyuan on Sep 8, but the recipient has not cleared customs all along. The reasons why a parcel is usually held at customs are:

The sender did not write the recipient's receiving number on the parcel, which made it impossible for China Post to send the customs clearance password to the recipient. The recipient needs the customs clearance password to make an online customs declaration. If this is the case, you need to ask the recipient to call 11183 to contact China Post and see whether it is possible to go to the post office to clear customs and collect the parcel.

The sender simply does not want this parcel. In this case, there is absolutely nothing China Post can do. The mail will eventually be returned to Germany.
