Dear China Post,
I posted this parcel in Germany to China on the 8th September.
Your tracking page says the parcel was released from Chinese import customs on the 17th September.
It was 3 weeks ago and the parcel is not delivered yet.
Please can you explain what is happening?

CY285007563DE is in China Post office in 浙江新昌县处理中心. Please ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 to arrange pickup.
