Post CJSWL shipment tracking

Hello I’ve been trying to track my package from China to the US for a couple of days. The tracking number I was given shows that it has been delivered, but it absolutely has not been delivered to my address. I’ve been unable to get the carrier name to contact them directly, when I contact the website that I ordered from I keep getting the same tracking number in the same information please help

is your tracking number like A****CN format? If yes, you might be scammed. Many people have reported fraud related to such A***CN parcel number.
