My package is going from CHENGDU to NEW YORK but there is no direct flight

Which city will it leave China?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV923363056CN was shipped from Chengdu to USA on Mar 21. It is still in Chengdu waiting for flight to LAX or SFO airport. No direct flight to NY.

China has cancelled 90% airlines to USA, now waiting time is very long, you need some patient.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.

Can it not go from Chengdu to Shanghai and then to JFK?

Shanghai situation might be worse than Chengdu because it has much more waiting parcels than Chengdu airport has.

China Post normally keep the parcel waiting in original airport if it has flight to USA. Changing airport can result in longer delay.
