Hi my name is khadri I place 2 orders on Ali Express on 11/11/2017 but still didn't receive till now it's 06/01/2018 and tracking information not updating and my tracking numbers are
1)UN464910606CN
2)UN495201709CN
Still I didn't receive it.so I contact the seller he says every time 30-60 days it will take to arrive to your country it's nearly 55days but no update in tracking information.so please any one complaint to China post about my order and I want to known where is it exactly and when will I get my orders thank you and sorry for my bad english

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
