Hi Need some assistance with this tracking number RU896880787CN when get results says sent to airline... what does mean... to my country or another post office... please advice

"Sent to airline" means it's been given to the airline to send to Panama (specifically, to Correos Panama, to deliver to you). Shipment time to Panama is rather slow, 45-60 days, so it might be some time before you see another update.
