My package has been on its way for almost two months. What can i do?

CR914996404DE arrived in Guangzhou on June 27 but the recipient didn't make customs clearance. The parcel was then returned from Shenzhen to Germany on July 17. Normally return parcel is shipped by ocean vessel normally takes about 2 to 3 months to reach Europe. So you need wait some more time to get the refund.
