Hi,
Should I worry?
My package, RR806728258DE has left Frankfurt on Oktober 30 and has been on route since?
How much longer before I should start a claim to get an insurance refund?

RR806728258DE is register mail which has lowest priority to get flight and sorting service in post system. The parcel destination is Taiwan , not mainland China. You need contact Taiwan Post for arrival information.
