Post 2 separate lost packages.

I am having a problem with 2 shipments. First is tracking number UM65563084422CN. It has not updated since 3-16-20 and it never made it to the United States according to the United States postal service. The second is supposed to be delivered by Friday May 8, 2020. The tracking number is UH506431585CN. Tracking has not updated since April 20, 2020. That package never made it to the airport in China. Can someone help me please?

UM65563084422CN is wrong number. china post tracking number only has 13 digits.

UH506431585CN is still in Shanghai waiting for flight to USA. please be patient. This U***CN is very slow and cheap service, you can not get it by May 8. Your seller give you wrong delivery ETA date.

Im sorry corrected tracking number is UM655630245CN

UM655630245CN was shipped on Mar 13. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space to US.

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
