can you tell me where is my parcel number LZ107960504CN?

The system has not updated since May 28th!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ107960504CN was sent to Guangzhou sorting center on May 28. It is still there waiting for airline space.

Our latest report shows average shipping waiting time to Italy is about 57 days. Your parcel is still in normal time frame.

I suggest you wait some more days . Once parcel arrives Italy, you will see new update.
