On the day between 2 and 3 March these two parcels were sent to me (UJ162310257CN and UJ147767172CN).
Unfortunately, to date, I have not received anything yet, although some tracking sites tell me that it has arrived in the country of destination.

The official website of the Italian Post Office does not give me the product as registered.

Can I know more or less where my products are located? Thanks so much!

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
