http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UJ713498288CN shows the parcel arrived Milan, Italy on Nov 10. If everything is ok, it will be delivered by Poste Italiane in the comming week.

But italian post tracking shows no result. It says "product not registered". Why this?

UJ713498288CN is called China Post small packet. This is an economical parcel. Italy Post will not scan its status. So you can not see its status in Italy Post website.

your parcel might be lost in italy customs. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by next friday, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
