The website told me that they have a wrong address but it is not true ...how can i receive my pack? I need help!!

Italy Post website shows the parcel now is in NAPOLI NA, In lavorazione presso il Centro Operativo Postale.

You need contact your local Italy post office to pickup the parcel asap.
