Salve non ho alcuna informazione sul mio pacco LM528012991CN, mi dice che è partito dalla Cina e se controllo nel paese di destinazione mi dice che è in Italia, ma non ho più nessuna informazione.. Se fosse già in Italia sarebbe arrivato, nemmeno nel sito della Fedex ho aggiornamenti, il pacco non c'è proprio.. Cosa dovrei fare?

LM528012991CN is China Post parcel, NOT FEDEX.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM528012991CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Jinhua office to Italy on Jan 21.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Jinhua ,China or customs warehouse in Milan, Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
