Hallo I sendet a retourparcel to china on 18.7.26.
It still say it is in your country from 27.7 on. But there is no delivery .
What is happening

CR913414080DE arrived in Ningbo on July 28. But the recipient has never made customs clearance. Please ask recipient to make customs clearance asap. Otherwise it will be returned to Germany.

if the recipient doesn't help you, you need contact your marketplace and file dispute.

please sent the parcel forward, I pad a lot for the sending of
otherwise the recipient wont refund me.

China Post can not make delivery if the recipient refuse to make customs declaration or refuse accept parcel.

Recipient refuse to accept the parcel, we don't know the reason. Maybe he just does not want to accept the return and refund you money(if this is a return parcel for refund).
