Hello. I made a purchase a month ago. From what I see on the website my parcel is still on route to Italy. My tracking number: LL947933438CN.
Could You tell me some more? Could it have been lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL947933438CN was shipped from Zhengzhou to Italy on Jan 10. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Italy Post system. Possible location is in Zhengzhou airport or Italy customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Italy customs.
This is normal, no need worry.

such ePacket parcel shipping and waiting for processing time might take 2 to 3 weeks.

Once parcel is released to Italy customs, Italy Post website will show its local location in Italy.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.

Hi. Italy post told me it should have alrealdy arrived but it's not passed in their hands yet. How could I know if the parcel has ben lost?
The website from which I made the purchase doesnt reply either
