I checked the tracking number and it is registered at DHL Germany

As I saw, there is no information registered at this moment, but it's a verified order number.

How you checked it? DHL says not found. 17track says bpost?

I checked it by reading what you wrote.
You told it could be possibly be DHL.
So I put the tracking number in http://global.cainiao.com/en and they told it went to Germany. So I went to their website and tracked it in their system.
The number has been registered, but it hasn't been received into their system.
I can't find more information.

I understand but dhl dont say that it is registered. There is no information at dhl.
It could also delivered by local courier / bpost
I never had this shipping method before
