Hello,
I have still not received my package which was dispatched almost 2-2 months ago, and it's been stuck in Lithuania for 45 days. Please give me an update and some advice on what to do next.

Our stats shows the packages which arrived Lithuania on June 08 are arriving UK recently. It takes about 45 days after it arrived Lithuania. Your package arrived Lithuania on June 01 and most already arrive UK. But some package stuck in Lithuania a little longer. I'd suggest you wait another week and if it still not arrive, it might be lost and you need open dispute for a refund.

The package with a tracking no. start with "U" will have no further tracking after Vilnius because it will be sent as Untracked Surface mail.
