Hi, i have two parcel : "Shipment cancelled" Can you see what is this RP876969304CN and RB896917045SG
the seller says the shipment is on its way, but I don't think so :(

RP876969304CN Has no shipping record, only logistics order created so your seller only made a tracking number but didn’t actually ship anything so he’s lying to you.

Normally I would say to ask seller to ship within 3 days but it’s Chinese New Year so just open dispute for false tracking info or if you used PayPal open a claim with them and ask money back.

RB896917045SG Also doesn’t work ( and is not a China post tracking number ) so both parcels never got send.
