Tracking number: LM207326064CN
It supposedly left China on Nov 8th.
Any update would be great.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM207326064CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post office to France on Nov 8.

Normally such epacket parcel should arrive France in 2 to 4 weeks. The parcel should have some problem.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Dec 18, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
