Is my package still in China?

Tracking number LA508076131CN .

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LA508076131CN delayed in China for almost one month. It is still in China. Not sure why it can not pass customs safety check. You might need wait 2 to 4 weeks and see if it will arrive Estonia.
