Can you please help me locate my package?

My tracking reference is RX742732204CN

It says that it is being sent to Italy on the 20th of July and there has been no update since? The package is supposed to be coming to the U.K

Can someone please help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RX742732204CN shows the number was sent to airline on Jul 24.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean it is on the flight to your country. It will keep waiting another 2 to 6 weeks in airline warehouse waiting for processing and flight space.

So you need wait about 4 to 8 weeks to get it in Italy.

Hi

Thank you for coming back to me. Is there anyway of checking how the parcel is getting on when it arrives in Italy?

Would I be correct in saying that I would need to wait 4-8 weeks before it even arrives in Italy? How long is it then after that I can expect to receive a delivery to the UK? It has been 3 weeks already.

After parcel arrives Italy, Italy Post website will show location in Italy. Your seller set The parcel final destination as Italy not UK, you can not get it in UK. If you are not in Italy, it should be a scam. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
