I have an item being send back to the UK after being repaired - LO367562482CN - I was informed that the item was being sent back on the 27th October. I was also told that return could take time due to stricter customs checks in China. Would it be possible to say how the item is being sent back. I was wondering if the LO, gives an indication of transport. Also I note that the tracking number has yet to offer any tracking details.

Ah, I can see now that tracking has been updated and it looks like the item has left China.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO367562482CN was just shipped from Guangzhou to UK on Nov 1. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Royal Mail system. Possible location is in Guangzhou airport or UK customs warehouse in London. You can not know exact location until parcel passes UK customs. this might take 10 to 20 days.

Once parcel is released to UK customs, royal mail website will show its local location in UK. please wait some more time.
