Hello,
if I track my parcel by track-chinapost, I get this result:

but if I check it by ems.com.cn I have this:

Poste Italiane don't have my tracking number in their database so they told me the goods is not arrived at the destination customs yet.

How is it possible that the package is arrived in Milan (according to second picture) but it isn't arrived at the customs yet?

Can you translate for me all the steps written in the second picture please?

your parcel is still in Italy customs. Italy customs clearance is slow. it can take one or two weeks to complete customs clearance, please wait some more time.

You can get latest parcel information from Italy Post website. you can use china post tracking number to track status in Italy Post website.

Thank you for fast reply!
I tracked my parcel from Italy post website (Poste Italiane), but the search didn't show any results.
I also called them on the phone (803160) but they told me they don't know anything about my tracking number (it's not registered in their system).
They also told me that they should have known about my tracking number if the parcel was at customs.
I'm starting to worry.

you'd better give tracking number here, otherwise we can hardly address your issue.

it seems the parcel EV809829658CN tracking result is different from your screen shot. the parcel should have some problem.

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks. If you can not get the parcel by Jan 10, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

You have to enter tracking number under "Track Multiple Shipments" even if you have only one shipment and then expand the result.
I don't know why the result I got in single shipment is not updated.

Finally I can track my parcel on italian post website, it seems it has arrived at customs, I have to wait for clearance.

I have received the goods today, even if the tracking informations on EMS website are not updated yet.
Fortunately Poste Italiane website warned me about every step of the shipment till delivery.
