Hello, can someone help me with shipment No. UJ237063358CN It's been posted in March 2020, now I know that it's delayed because of covid 19 situation, but where it is? what's going on with it? Thanks in advance!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UJ237063358CN shows the parcel was received by China Post on Mar.25, and it was rejected by airlines sercurity checkpoint on Apr.20, and no updated since then.

I suggest you contact the seller for the parcel information, or ask the seller refund you.

Since the package was received by China post in Mar. and still not received. The package might has been lost. I'd suggest you contact with the website from which you bought the item and open dispute for a refund

Thank you all for your answers! I saw the tracking info and I'm wondering because there are two entries about safety, first one says "Returned from Safety Check Point" and the second one says "Rejected by Safety Check Point" followed by "Departure from Regional Sorting Center"... so what does this mean, where did it depart? Returned to sender or still on the way to be delivered? Does that rejected means that it was finally rejected? I've been waiting for this one quite a bit and wouldn't like to start the waiting process again from the start.
