Track-number UF064878799SG was given to me 65 days ago but I did not success to trace it.
Is it fake?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=UF064878799SG shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
